Return & Refund Policy
Ronkle
All Ronkle products are made to order (Print on Demand) and shipped directly from our production partners located in the United States and Asia. Due to the custom nature of our products, the following policy applies.
No Returns or Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse
We do not accept returns or refunds due to incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and issue
Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations or modifications are not possible.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes. Shipping delays caused by customs are not refundable.
